Booking a meeting Room at Square Feet

At Square Feet we are well known for our wonderful office spaces and we are very proud of this but we also have a thriving meeting room service so we decided to share a little more about it with you!
We wanted to share our beautiful spaces with lots of great quality businesses so decided to open our services to the wider community by providing meeting rooms at our Oxford House location.
Why meeting rooms at Square Feet?
Booking a meeting room can be a real challenge! To get any information you have to send a contact form to the company providing the room, wait from them to respond then answer all their questions before you can even get a cost for the room!
We decided it was time to shake things up by providing set-price meeting rooms that you could booking anytime, anywhere. We don’t want your life story (although we are happy to listen should you wish to share), we just want to provide you with a great experience right from booking all the way through to your visit and beyond.
You can simply log on to our website, select your room and date then pay for and book the room then and there.
If you have any further questions or would like more information, you can give us a call or pop us over a contact form and we will happily help you with anything we can but the choice is entirely yours.
The Briefing Room is our larger space and is laid out in the style of a conference room with seating for 20 people, a table for 6 people and all the equipment you need for your presentation! Alternatively, we can also redesign this with various tables for workshop events!
Our Meeting Rooms
We currently have two meeting rooms, The Board Room and the Briefing Room. Both rooms are at the front of the building with big, beautiful sash windows, letting in lots of light and can be used for a range of purposes. We have had people use them for interviews, training courses, crafting, meditation sessions, meetings and much more. We love seeing the diverse ways people use our spaces!
The Board Room is a lovely space with a table seating 6, a Chesterfield sofa, a white board and a television for your presentations! We can even change the room layout around to a more formal classroom style depending on what suits out customers.
What’s Included
You will have sole use of your room and full access to the kitchen and other communal areas – the conservatory is particularly lovely in the summer if you wanted to eat lunch in the sun.
All our buildings come with access to super-fast WiFi, cold drinks, unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits – customer love or Nespresso machines and Borders biscuits! In the summer we even roll out the ice machine to help you keep cool!
Community
Just like our permanent tenants, we want all our customers to feel they are a part of the Square Feet community so, no matter if you’re here all the time or just once, we work hard to ensure you really enjoy the experience.
If you bump into one of our tenants, do say hello – they are a friendly lot and love talking about their businesses and their time with us! You can often find them in the kitchen raiding the biscuits or making a drink.
Tom and Caroline are also often on hand to help you with anything you may need or just for a chat to get to know you better.
