With the rise in remote working and Northampton’s central location, the board room at Oxford House is becoming increasingly popular for interviews, staff inductions and meetings. Although Teams or Skype are a great way to keep in touch, nothing beats an old-fashioned face to face meet up! 
We love welcoming new people and new businesses to Square Feet so thought we would take some time to talk to you about how you can make use of our lovely space! So come in, make yourself comfortable with a premium coffee (or tea) and find out what Square Feet can do for you! 
Booking the Board Room gives you a private space to use for the day with all the benefits that make Square Feet special! From super-fast wifi to all the tea, coffee and biscuits you can eat and drink! 
Before your first visit we will pop you over a welcome pack so you can find your way around the building and there is usually a team member on site to welcome you when you arrive. The welcome pack also gives you lots of information that you might need on the day, like where the Wifi code is and, more importantly, how to find the biscuits 😊 
All our offices are furry friendly – we even celebrate some of our favourites on our monthly newsletter so, if you don’t want to leave your four-legged friend at home all day, feel free to bring them with you! There’s even a bowl in the kitchen especially for them.

The room itself has a large conference table for 10 which great for getting teams together for a catch up. There is also a television on the wall for any presentations and a white board for collaboration sessions! 
The Board Room is a lovely quiet room, so it’s great for holding interviews for potential new staff. You can set yourself up in the room and have your interviewees come and go throughout the day without having to worry about coordinating drinks orders with your meetings – just help yourself whenever you want! If you want to pop out for lunch it’s just a few minutes’ walk into town, alternatively we will happily arrange catering from our wonderful local supplier if that suits you better. 
Recently we have had a number of people bring their new employees to Square Feet for their induction days – whether it’s a one-to-one you need with a new team member or you want to do some training with a group we have got you covered!  
Again, you can use the space as you please so make yourself comfortable and let us know if we can help with anything!
