Square Feet to launch
Northampton’s newest
coworking space
Since lockdown, our coworking service has taken a bit of a back seat but not any more!
This year we are so excited to be launching our dedicated coworking space so we can welcome even more businesses to the Square Feet Community.
Due to open in spring, Hazelrigg House will be the place to go for coworkers in Northampton.

Meet the Tenant
This month we are get to tell you all about the very talented team of visual story-tellers at Ministry Creative.
They are a no waffle, no buzz-word outfit providing you a resource of 30+ years of collective experience, passion and enthusiasm for all things design! This month we asked them these three questions:
Q. How long have you been trading and how long have you been a Square Feet tenant?
A. We have been in business for 6 years and with Square Feet for just over 3 years!
Q. Where have you seen the most change in you business over the last couple of year’s?
A. There has been a big swing from print to digital work. People still want brochures and documents but, instead of having hard copies, they now want to be able to send them digitally. We have also seen and increase in web design and user experience and interface work.
Q. What do you like best about being a Square Feet tenant?
A. The community is amazing. Being surround by other small business who understand and support each other even if they are in different industries is great!

Did you know we are more than just serviced offices?
Lots of you know about, or even use our serviced offices but we also have lots of customers who love the other things we do, so we thought we would take a minute to tell you about them.
Virtual offices
Some businesses simply don’t need an office however to keep their home address out of the public domain, owners choose to use a Virtual offices. They can register their address with us, have their business mail sent to us and have it forwarded on every other week all for a clear, fixed price.
Meeting Rooms
Great for training courses, team meetings, interviews or 1-2-1s (to name a few) our meetings rooms are always available on our website for anyone to book. Again, we provide everything you need and it’s all included in one clear price! These rooms are offered at discounted rates for existing customer.
Coworking - Coming soon!
We are so excited to have a dedicated coworking space so we can welcome even more businesses to the Square Feet Community.
Coming in April 2024, this beautiful Grade II* listed building embodies all the great Square Feet charm but with a more flexible offering. We will have lots of coworking packages so there is something for everyone!
