Welcome to St Edmunds Road
We are so thrilled to announce the opening of our newest Square Feet location.
This one is a real beauty. Small but perfectly formed our site at 11 St Edmunds Road, Northampton (The corner of York Road and St Edmunds Road) is perfectly situated - an oasis in this popular edge of town location.
We are really happy to add this fifth location to our portfolio. Geographically it works perfectly with our other Northampton venues and gives much needed additional capacity for entrepreneurial small business owners in the town.
The office benefits from on street parking all around, a council operated surface car park to the rear and is only a stone’s throw from Northampton Bus Station and a short walk to the train station. There is always a great selection of Voi scooters to hire in the vicinity for those who want to scoot to the shops or cafes. With state of the art fibre internet the location is brilliantly connected in every sense of the word!
Great locally eateries are all around in St Giles St and the theatre district. This beautiful space could be the perfect base for your new office!
Studio spaces are available on really flexible terms, unfurnished or fully furnished the choice is yours. We can even let studios with screens on the desk ready to plug in and get started. We love to make it as easy as possible for our tenants! We are happy to work with you to come up with a solution that works for you and your business. You can be assured that you won’t be subjected to add on costs, or crazy price hikes. Our fees are all encompassing with no surprise extras.
We value each and every one of our tenants – each person who choses to work in a Square Feet location becomes a valued member of our community and will be invited to our social events and parties!
We are able to offer 4 beautiful office suites here suitable for teams of 1 or 2 to 6 people. Of course all the normal Square Feet standards are in place, immaculately clean, funky features, and stunningly refurbished studio spaces. Nespresso is on tap plus our selection of Border’s biscuits that have become firm favourites across the Square Feet brand.
Each studio is newly refurbished and benefits from independent electric heating, LED lighting, it’s own private wifi network. 3 of the studios have full height windows opening on to Juliette balconies. The whole venue is newly decorated and rewired providing a really flexible workspace, there is a kitchenette and tea station that is always stocked up with your favoutie selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and juices to refresh.
