Offices, Meeting Rooms and More
The most important thing you’ll get from us is to be top of our list! We want you to be happy here, so let us look after you.
You can book our meeting rooms at any time on our website or, if you want something more bespoke, you can email or call us to discuss options! We also offer catering through a fantastic, trusted local catering partner so let us know you what you want, and we’ll arrange this.
The first time you visit one of our meeting rooms, we’ll email a welcome pack giving you all the information you need for your visit - contact information, building layouts, and everything you need to get the most out of your day – yes that includes the Wi-Fi code and coffee machine instructions. You’ll usually be met by Tom or Caroline who will help if you need anything, and we’re always available on the phone.
The meeting room you’ve booked is yours for the whole day so use it as you want and help yourself to however many drinks and biscuits you need! We like to make sure everything is well topped up but, should we be running low on anything, just let us know and we’ll sort it out for you.
We enjoy welcoming all our new customers but get particularly excited to meet new serviced office tenants.
As with our virtual office tenants, we will need some documentation from you before we start. We’ll then be able to agree a moving-in date and we’ll provide you with a really simple contract, asking you to pay your deposit and first month’s rent. If we agree any additional works on the studio, these will usually be done in advance of your start date.
On your moving day we’ll meet you at your new office with your welcome pack and bottle of fizz to celebrate your new venture! We’ll show you round and then let you move in. If there is anything else we can do to help you can let us know, we want to make sure you are happy and settled.
Your welcome pack gives lots of useful information in it, including directions to the community Facebook group and contact details for our team in case you need anything.
Setting up a virtual office tenancy is simple. We will ask for some information about you, your business, and your team, then set you up on our system with details of your forwarding address and pop over your first invoice.
But what do you get for this? You can register your business address at either Oxford House or Oak House making us your public address and getting all post directed to us. You also get access to our meeting rooms at discounted rates, so let us know what sort of space you are looking for and we will happily help.
We will be in touch, a visit or call, a week or so later so you can let us know how you are getting on and if there is anything you need from us. It’s likely you’ll see us around at other times, checking in with tenants and facilities, we are always happy to stop if you want a chat or just to clear you head.
You will meet plenty of your fellow Square Feet tenants around and about and we’d encourage you to say hello. Many of our tenants build great friendships and help each other out with things often supporting each other’s businesses, our community is so welcoming and it’s something we are very proud of!
