What makes Square Feet Special?

We believe that Square Feet is different to other serviced office or co-working spaces and it’s something we are very proud of because we feel it’s what makes us special. Sometimes it’s just a feeling you get by being a part of the Square Feet community, sometimes it’s a little more tangible.
Aside from the Super-fast Wi-Fi, premium coffee and biscuits and stunning locations, we really want to make our customers feel valued which is why we are always striving to go the extra mile and do it with big smiles on our faces. We also aim to listen to what our customers want from us and not what we think they want, this allows us to give great service consistently!
Being a small business owner or sole trader can be a lonely place and often you feel like you are doing it alone. At Square Feet our tenants are at the core of our community. From catching up whilst making a cuppa, working together and referring customers, sharing printer paper or generally helping each other out. There is always someone around and that can be game changing for our customers.
We are there to help out, lend an ear or even an extra pair of hands too! You can usually find one of us at Oxford House or in our office in Daventry and our tenants know that our door is always open.
We think that it’s often the little things that make you feel special and valued. We love sending our customers our monthly newsletter and they often feedback about the contents of it – especially our ‘Furiendly visitors’ slot! Being dog friendly is such a big thing for so many people especially since lockdown where dogs got used to being at home with the family all day! We also love sharing our tenant’s social media posts to help promote their businesses!
For new businesses it can be really scary taking the leap from operating from home to an office or workspace, we work to make this as simple and stress-free as possible. Firstly, we are flexible on our contract terms so can work with you to ensure you are comfortable with what you sign up to. Our prices are set for the contract length and everything is included (aside for the odd optional extra) and, as we want to keep our tenants and build our community, there is no doubling of rent upon renewal. We always want to give a great service and a fair price.
When a tenant joins, we give them a welcome pack and, to celebrate the next step in their professional journey, a Personalised bottle of Fizz! The welcome pack gives them lots of detail about their building and useful information.
We like to meet them on their first day, hand over their keys and make sure they have everything they need to get started.
So, what do you want from your workspace? While we aren’t as close as your back-bedroom or big enough for a staff of hundreds (yet), if you’re looking for great service, community and somewhere your pup will be welcome, we can help. Those who do find a home with us, stay with us and are very happy. Here are some of the answers our tenants gave when asked what the best thing about Square Feet is:
‘the great standards at Square Feet- the spaces are always clean and tidy and any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently’
‘Having such friendly business owners to talk to and not feeling like your on your own, as it’s always normally the downside when you are a sole business owner but I don’t have that being at Squarefeet. (thank you!!)’
‘Being able to bring Lupo our Chief of Fun into the office!’
It makes us so happy to receive this kind of feedback!
